Please contact us via our email, telephone or fax, 704-527-1825. When sending a fax, the system knows if a fax is being sent.
Terms:
Orders of materials or works coming from our US inventory require receipt of payment in full prior to shipment from our warehouse. Orders will be
shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment, fully insured against damage or loss while in transit. Most orders will be shipped by common
carrier and will arrive "Freight Collect". Clients will always need to provide equipment and personnel to unload materials shipped by common carrier.
Orders supplied and shipped from Europe based inventories require receipt of payment equal to 75% of the total purchase amount, including shipping,
prior to loading aboard our container for shipment, with remaining balance due upon arrival at our US warehouse. On orders shipped from Europe
directly to the client, remaining balance is due within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Orders shipped from Europe are fully insured against loss
or damage while in transit and can be delivered in most cases within 60 days of receipt of deposit. Clients will always need to provide equipment and
personnel to unload materials shipped directly to their project site.
Methods of Payment:
Orders may be paid by cash, certified check, or wire transfer to our bank.
Discounts:
Professional discounts are offered on some works. In such cases, buyer must furnish a valid state issued resale number.
